 
                   
                  Effective October 3rd., Rengo transfers 15% each of its shares of Takigawa Corporation Japan to Howa Sangyo Co., Ltd. and Nihon Matai Co., Ltd. The shareholding percentage to our company changes to 70% for Rengo, 15% for Nihon Matai and 15% for Howa Sangyo.
